Two engineers who'd rather fix it than sell you software
We're Amber and Andy. Our careers have been spent making factories and supply chains run better. Hometown Bot brings the same habits to the businesses down the street.
Why we started it
Amber owns a yoga studio. Like most owners, she spent her evenings on the work around the work: finding subs, answering the same questions, typing the same numbers into three places. So we built tools to take that off her plate, and they worked. Hometown Bot does the same for other local businesses.
How we're different
- We look at the work first. Industrial engineers study how work flows before changing it. Often the fix is simpler than new software.
- We measure what it saved. Hours back, calls answered, orders up. If it didn't pay off, we say so.
- There are two of us. Someone always picks up, and nothing depends on one person's laptop.
- We're local. We come to you, and we're around next month and next year.
