Who we help / Salons and barbers

Hair salons, barbershops, nail techs, spas

Fuller books, fewer no-shows, no phone at the chair

Your hands are busy all day. We set up the reminders, rebooking and answers that keep the chair full while you work.

Where the week goes

  • The phone ringing in the middle of a color
  • No-shows and same-day cancels
  • Regulars who forget to rebook and drift away
  • Texting reminders by hand at night
  • Commission and tip math at payday

Start with one

Most salons start with reminders and a deposit rule for long services. An empty two-hour slot is the most expensive thing in the building.

What we'd set up

The front desk you don't have time to be

Reminders that confirm

A text two days out and the morning of, with your cancellation policy. Clients reply to confirm or move it.

Rebooking on time

A nudge when it's been about as long as that service usually lasts: six weeks for a cut, longer for color. You set the timing.

Questions answered while you work

Calls and texts about prices, openings, parking and what to expect get answered from your own price list and policies.

Cancellations refilled

When a slot opens, the people on your waitlist hear about it first.

Reviews and photos

A thank-you after the visit with your review link, and your best work posted where new clients look.

Payday without the math

Service, retail, commission and tips added up per stylist each week, ready for payroll.

Works with what you already use

Square Appointments, Vagaro, GlossGenius, Boulevard and Fresha each do part of this already. We turn on what you're paying for, set it up the way you work, and add only what's missing.

What stays the same

  • Your booking app and your clients' cards
  • Your voice: messages sound like you, and you approve them
  • Your policies, applied the same way every time

Questions

What salon owners ask

Can it take deposits?

If your booking app supports deposits, we turn them on and add them to your policy. If it doesn't, we'll show you the simplest way to add them.

We rent chairs. Does it work per stylist?

Yes. Each chair can have its own booking link, reminders and report.

Will clients feel like they're talking to a machine?

Messages are short, written in your voice and approved by you. Anything personal comes to you.

An hour with us, a list you keep

We come by, watch a normal hour of your day and ask where the time goes. You keep a written list of the three things most worth fixing, whether you hire us or not.

  • No cost and no sales pitch
  • A fixed price for anything you want us to build
  • Small fixes first, so you see it pay off

Amber or Andy reads every one of these. We never share your details.
