Who we help / Trades

Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, roofers, painters, handymen

Every job call answered, even when you're under a sink

You can't pick up with your hands in a wall. We set things up so callers get an answer, quotes go out the same day, and invoices get paid without you chasing them.

Where the week goes

  • Calls you miss on a job, when the caller just tries the next name on Google
  • Quotes typed at night from notes on the truck seat
  • Chasing quotes nobody answered
  • Chasing invoices nobody paid
  • Moving jobs around for weather, parts and no-shows

Start with one

Most trades start with missed calls. It's the quickest payback: one job that would have gone to someone else covers months of it.

What we'd set up

The office work, done between jobs instead of after dinner

Missed calls answered

When you don't pick up, the call forwards. The caller hears your service area, hours and how to book, and you get a text with their name, address and what's wrong.

Quotes the same day

Talk through the job into your phone as you leave. A clean draft quote is waiting when you reach the truck. You check it, add prices and send.

Follow-ups on their own

A friendly nudge a few days after the quote, and another a week later. It stops the moment they reply.

Invoices that get paid

The invoice comes from the finished job, with a pay-by-card link and polite reminders if it sits.

Reviews after every job

A thank-you text the next day with your Google review link. More reviews, without you remembering to ask.

One schedule for the crew

Jobs, crew and parts on one calendar everyone sees on their phone, so nobody calls you to ask where they're going.

Works with what you already use

Plenty of small shops run fine on a phone, a calendar and QuickBooks. If you're on Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan, they already do some of this, so we turn on what you're paying for before we build anything new.

What stays the same

  • Your phone number
  • Your prices: drafts never set them
  • Your say on every message that goes to a customer

Questions

What trades owners ask

Will callers know it isn't me?

Yes. It answers as your office, gives only the answers you've approved, and takes a message for anything else. You can read or listen to every call.

Do I need to buy job software first?

No. We start with what you have and only suggest new software when it clearly pays for itself.

Who sets the price on a quote?

You do. The draft pulls from your price list or leaves the price blank for you to fill in.

Free walk-through

An hour with us, a list you keep

We come by, watch a normal hour of your day and ask where the time goes. You keep a written list of the three things most worth fixing, whether you hire us or not.

  • No cost and no sales pitch
  • A fixed price for anything you want us to build
  • Small fixes first, so you see it pay off

Amber or Andy reads every one of these. We never share your details.
