Who we help / Retail shops

Gift shops, boutiques, hardware, specialty stores

Sell online without keeping two stores

You already run one store. We connect the website to the register so the online shop keeps itself up to date, and the questions answer themselves.

Where the week goes

  • "Do you have it in stock?" calls
  • Adding products to the website by hand, or not at all
  • Counting, reordering and guessing what sold
  • An email list you never send to
  • Holiday hours wrong on Google

Start with one

Most shops start by connecting the register to the website. Every product you add once shows up in both places.

What we'd set up

One store that shows up everywhere

Register and website in sync

Products, prices and stock come from your register. Sell one in the shop and it's one fewer online.

"Do you have it?" answered

Calls and texts get an answer from your live stock, with an offer to hold it.

Pickup orders

Order online, pick up in store, with a text when it's bagged.

A weekly reorder list

What sold, what's low and what to order, by vendor.

An email people open

A short monthly note built from your new arrivals and events, ready for you to check and send.

Found on Google

Hours, photos and products on your Google listing, kept right.

Works with what you already use

Square, Shopify, Lightspeed and Clover all have online stores built in. We set up the one you already have instead of adding a second system.

What stays the same

  • Your register and your checkout
  • Your customers' cards and accounts
  • Your say on every email that goes out

Questions

What shop owners ask

Do I need to sell online at all?

Not always. Even without shipping, showing what's in stock brings people through the door. We'll tell you if online sales are worth it for you.

Who takes the product photos?

Your phone is good enough. We'll show you a simple setup, or take the first batch with you.

What about shipping?

Pickup is the place to start. If shipping makes sense later, we add it then.

An hour with us, a list you keep

We come by, watch a normal hour of your day and ask where the time goes. You keep a written list of the three things most worth fixing, whether you hire us or not.

  • No cost and no sales pitch
  • A fixed price for anything you want us to build
  • Small fixes first, so you see it pay off

Amber or Andy reads every one of these. We never share your details.
